Pickup and return requests for cruise guests, with port and ship schedule information. Our team can review private bus and minibus transport requests across Cuba, taking account of the people travelling, the planned journey and the most practical way to move the group.
Organising cruise port transfers in Cuba
Start by identifying the journey’s purpose and who needs to be transported. For some groups, one direct transfer is enough. Others need several collection points, a driver for the day, or a timed shuttle schedule between venues. Private transport offers the opportunity to plan these arrangements together rather than relying on unrelated journeys.
Destinations and schedules
We receive requests for Havana, Varadero, Trinidad, Cienfuegos, Viñales, Santa Clara and a wide range of other Cuban destinations. Your exact route and the date matter. Longer journeys require realistic travel allowances and may involve a different vehicle or driver arrangement than a short local service. Share all desired stops and whether your group needs to return to the pickup point.
Choosing the right vehicle
A smaller party may prefer a private car or MPV, while minibus options are often practical for compact groups. Coaches are typically requested for events, larger excursions and planned intercity tours. Extra luggage, children, sports equipment and accessibility requirements can change the recommendation. Fleet details and onboard amenities are confirmed by quote.
