Cuba Travel Planning Notice

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Travel arrangements in Cuba can be affected by changing transport availability, weather, road conditions and local operational circumstances. Check the latest official travel advice and information relevant to your itinerary before making non-refundable commitments.

Flight and airport arrangements

Verify schedules directly with your airline. Include any changes to your arrival or departure time when contacting your transport organiser.

Long-distance journeys

Build realistic time allowances into transfers, particularly when planning connections, long routes or travel during adverse weather. Exact journey times cannot be guaranteed.

Vehicles and services

Vehicle type, onboard features, luggage capacity and pickup arrangements must be confirmed in writing before travel. The published fleet categories are planning information rather than live inventory.

See the group travel planning guides for checklists and itinerary advice.
